Ingredients: Organic roasted chicory, organic carob, organic licorice, organic allspice, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg and organic vanilla.
Directions: Daily serving size: Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 teabag or 1 teaspoon of loose tea. Steep 2-4 minutes. Add milk or your favorite creamer and ENJOY!
