Ingredients: Rooibos Tea, Raspberry Green Tea, Jasmine Chun Hao Tea, Lemon Balm, Chamomile Flowers, Fennel Seed & Raspberry Leaves
Directions: Pour 8 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 teabag or 1 teaspoon of loose tea. Steep 5-10 minutes. For best results use 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of your choice of sweetener.
