Our Organic Rooibos Chai Spice tea is a blend of Organic Rooibos with the traditional Chai tea flavor offering a sweet taste.
Rooibos may be used to help improve blood pressure, circulation and to boost good cholesterol while lowering bad cholesterol which may be helpful for those with elevated blood pressure and cholesterol issues. Rooibos may also be used to help manage hair strength, healthy skin, and promote relief from allergies.
Our Organic Rooibos Chai Spice can be serve hot or cold  and during any season or time of the day.
Ingredients:Â Organic Rooibos tea (Aspalathus linearis), organic cinnamon, organic ginger root, organic cardamom seed, organic cloves, and organic stevia leaf.
Directions: Add 1 tea bag to 8 oz of boiling water (212°F). Steep 4-5 minutes. Add 2 oz of hot milk (or dairy substitute), and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
